i found the rooftop lounge perfect for my morning coffee.. it was quiet, a great way to start the day. later, i returned for the afternoon happy hour. the staff proved very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. the location is ideal, a short walk to many restaurants and bars.
i noticed the stairwells were not very clean, and some equipment was stored there, near the top, it was a bit unexpected.

each visit, i choose this hotel. i received a nicer room with a balcony after i requested an upgrade. the cleanliness was amazing, and the rooftop pool offered amazing city views. i found the bathroom very nice and the room spacious.
the policy choices, though minor, somewhat affected my overall enjoyment.

The staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness. when i alerted the front desk we got no response. front desk staff literally say oh yeah that's over it ended 15 min ago. That would have been nice to have been told.

The rooftop lounge area offers a great bonus in the city. the pool area provides excellent views. i observed a large rooftop deck on multiple levels. Much of it seemed unused during the day.

The location is convenient and walkable to many destinations. several restaurants are nearby. i found the hotel near a subway. This made travel very easy. this hotel is in a great spot.
